1. Feedback Windows. To maintain momentum and deliver on time, all project phases include one round of feedback. Clients are expected to provide consolidated feedback within 5 business days of milestone delivery. Additional feedback rounds may be subject to change orders.
2. Roles & Responsibilities. We assign a dedicated project lead and dashboard architect for each engagement. Clients are asked to appoint a single internal point of contact for feedback coordination and approvals. Larger organizations may assign subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist during integration and data validation phases.
3. Stakeholder Availability. Timely access to decision-makers and data owners ensures success. If feedback, content, or approvals are delayed by more than 10 business days, we may place the project on hold and reassign resources to other active projects. A restart may incur reactivation fees or timeline changes.
4. Meeting Cadence. For most projects, we recommend weekly check-ins during design and integration phases, and bi-weekly during testing and final delivery. We’re happy to adjust cadence to match your internal workflow preferences.
5. Communication Tools. We use email, Slack, or Teams based on client preference. All deliverables, links, credentials, and change approvals are documented via email to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
6. Scope Reminders. If you ever wonder “Is this in scope?”, just ask. We’ll clarify without pressure. If it’s outside of scope, we’ll provide a clear, fair estimate for change approval.
